SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains the following substances, in wt %: carbon- 2.4-2.9, silicon - 1.2-1.5, manganese - 0.7-1.1, sulphur - 0.05-0.1, phosphorus - 0.05-0.1, chromium - 0.05-0.3, nickel - 0.5-0.8, copper - 0.05-0.3, molybdenum - 0.6-0.9, zirconium - 0.0005-0.1, barium - 0.0005-0.1, calcium - 0.0005-0.1, aluminium - 0.0005-0.1, iron making the rest.
EFFECT: higher hardness, strength and tenacity at friction-impact wear under cyclic loads, high linear properties.
