FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: functional plumbing device used in the form of an insert cartridge is made with possibility of being placed in the guide for liquid of plumbing drain fittings and has the housing, as well as flow control. At that, housing has on the outside the external thread made with possibility of being screwed in internal thread of drain fittings. Length of the housing is chosen so that external thread and annular sealing, which is located on drain side, have such surface area that the housing edge located on inflow side is adjacent directly to external thread. Besides on inflow side there located is flow dispersion element made with possibility of being attached to the housing.

EFFECT: simple and reliable operation of device.
