FIELD: engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering. Vibration isolation system comprises four vibration isolators mounted on the base and rigidly connected by means of bolts to the support platform. Every vibration isolator consists of a base and a pendulum suspension. Pendulum suspension comprises a threaded stud with one its end being connected to a supporting arm and other end – to a thrust washer and nut coupled with the bush connected to a ring. Upper flange of a resilient element placed in a protective housing rests against the bush. Base of every vibration isolator is of box-type and includes horizontal supporting plates coupled by vertical partitions. Every resilient element of a vibration isolator is made as a spring with built-in damper. Damper is built into elastic elements and is located inside the spring elements between support rings for fixing the ends of springs. Damper is made in the form of sleeve comprising internally piston with helical grooves on its surface. Piston is connected to rod fitted in sleeve cover. Cover of sleeve comprises fixed sealing cup surrounding the rod. Piston and sub-piston cavities of the damper are filled with antifriction grease.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
