FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: an analysed biomaterial is sampled with delivering an agent for removing a native material to an external fauces of uterine neck directly to the surface of pathological focus, however not introducing said agent inside of cervical canal. Then the sampled material is completely immersed in a tightly closed test tube filled with 1.0 ml 0.155M of sodium chloride. The mixture is stirred up in a vortex centrifuge within 10 min. The prepared materials are analysed by solid-phase enzyme immunodetection. That That is followed with spectrophotometric analysis of cytokine interferon-γ concentration in the analysed samples. Further, activity of a local inflammation is shown by the obtained value of interferon-γ concentration as compared to its normal concentration 3.2 pg/ml in healthy persons from the reference group.
EFFECT: application of the method allows avoiding traumatising of mucous membrane of an organ and improving quality of the analysed native material and accuracy of the obtained result without complication of the analysis process.
