FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to obstetrics, gynaecology and urology and aims at preventing postinfectious reproductive complications. In preparation for pregnancy in both spouses who have undergone a course of antimicrobial therapy of microbial disease of the reproductive system, the level of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1β and IFN-γ in urogenital separated and at high level in both spouses, they are prescribed cycloferon in combination with drug-free method of treatment - hypobaric hypoxic stimulation. Hypobaric hypoxic stimulation consists of course of 22 daily two-hour sessions in a pressure chamber at altitude of 3.5 thousand meters. A woman is hypobaric hypoxic stimulation prescribed on the fifth day of the menstrual cycle.
EFFECT: presented invention provides highly effective prevention of postinfectious reproductive disorders in married couples and with high effectiveness leads to onset and maintaining pregnancy to timely delivery.
