SUBSTANCE: invention is related to radio network, comprising facilities for reception of ascending communication line signal from user using radio network, facilities for suppression of noise in received signal of ascending communication line, facilities for assessment of load ratio for received signal of ascending communication line, where load ratio indicates load, which signal of ascending communication line executes over network element of radio network, besides load ratio is assessed with account of noise suppression arranged in received signal of ascending communication line, and facilities for usage of assessed load ratio in process of radio resources distribution in radio network.
