FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus is placed in a metal housing filled with damping material in form of low-density material based on a mixture of hollow and thermally expanded microspheres. Composition of the low-density material based on a mixture of hollow and thermally expanded microspheres is selected such that mechanical stress, equal to yield point of the material b 0.2, arises in the zone of action of the inertial load of the impact action.
EFFECT: increased shock resistance of apparatus and equipment.
