SUBSTANCE: chamber of row of chambers for controlling working medium is made in form of layers as a row of cases inserted into each other. The cases have an outer structural cover and an electromagnetic screen surrounding a superconducting case. The superconducting case is at room temperature or is immersed into a cryogenic cooling liquid inside a reservoir. The working medium is also controlled using kinetic energy to move it through electromagnetic field amplifiers and can be used to facilitate release of energy for power generation or directed movement.
EFFECT: minimisation of electromagnetic radiation during the critical initial stage of converting energy of zero-point oscillations through maintenance of a mixed state with low entropy and the next state with high entropy.
