FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to magnetic-resonance tomography and electroscopy, in particular to apparatuses, which apply elements from superconductor, and to methods of applying such apparatuses. Device for magnetic-resonance tomography (MRI) and/or magnetic-resonance spectroscopy contains module with superconductive gradient coils, made with possibility of their cryogenic cooling. Such module with superconductive gradient coils in its turn contains case with vacuum heat insulation, which contains hermetically sealed casing with double walls, which (i) encloses from outside hermetically sealed internal cavity, which is under the first vacuum-gauge pressure of 10-6-10-12 Torr order, and (ii) in fact contains vacuumised cavity, which is under the second vacuum-gauge pressure of 10-2-10-6 Torr order; at least, one superconductive gradient coil, placed in mentioned vacuumised cavity; heat-eliminating element, placed in mentioned vacuumised cavity and being in heat contact with at least one super conductive gradient coil, and input opening, made for cryogenic cooling of, at least, said heat-eliminating element. Claimed device realises respective method of magnetic-resonance tomography.
EFFECT: claimed group of inventions makes it possible to increase quality of MRI-images, in particular its contrast, resolution ability and performance.
