FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Closed bony reduction is carried out. A pin is driven to the fracture level and then extracted. With using an impactor, an amorphous allograft which extends within a comminuted fracture is introduced through intramedullary canal. Major fragments are retained with the pin. The pin is screwed.
EFFECT: method provides fracture union, reduced injuries and risk of inflammatory complications.
