FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopaedics. A canal is formed above the tuberosity of tibia. A rod holed in its distal and proximal ends is inserted into intramedullary cavities of the central and peripheral fragments. Through canal are drilled through in the central and peripheral fragments to insert a block screw through the holes in the rod into the through canals of the bone fragments. A bone allogenous pin made of a cortical bone graft is inserted into a hole of the proximal end of the rod.
EFFECT: method provides elimination of necessity to perform dynamicising, reduces injures and postoperative complications.
