FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: external wall of cottage comprises protective layer of fine-sized units, middle layer of aerated concrete, inner layer made of sheet materials, frame of monolithic reinforced concrete arranged in the form of a range of column installed directly inside wall on building foundation and joined on top with monolithic reinforced concrete belt along building perimetre. Columns and monolithic belts are equipped with "П"-shaped concrete elements, which produce permanent form and monolithic belt, besides, "П"-shaped elements of columns are installed vertically and aflush with protective layer of wall, and "П"-shaped elements of monolithic belt - horizontally with support onto links, which in their turn are installed on "П"-shaped elements of columns.
EFFECT: simplified design and reduction of costs with no reduction in strength of external wall.
