FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular to methods of construction of low-rise buildings. Method of building a low-rise building involves erection of a strip foundation, a base, external and internal walls and installation of a roof. When erecting a strip foundation, soil is excavated, a sand-and-gravel mixture is laid along the strip of excavated soil, erection of formwork and concrete pouring of formwork with formation of strip foundation, equipment of insulated blind area. After the formwork hardens, the base is erected with its insulation, and wall panels or blocks are installed on the base. Then, a flat roof is mounted using sandwich panels containing a layer of a self-supporting profiled sheet, a vapour barrier layer, a heat insulation layer and a profiled sheet layer.
EFFECT: reduction of labour costs for erection of a building.
