SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neuropsychophysiology. There are evaluated total numbers of slow muscle fibres - N_SMF, total fast muscle fibres - N_FMF, total fast muscle fibres type IIA - N_FMFIIA, and total fast muscular fibres type IIB - N_FMFIIB. A body factor F is calculated by formula: F=N_FMF/N_SMF, and the FMF type IIA factor in the body - F_IIA and the FMF type IIB factor - F_IIB are calculated by formulas: F_IIA=N_FMFIIA/N_SMF; F_IIB= N_FMFIIB/N_SMF. If F is with the range less or much less than 1 with F_IIA much less than F_IIB, HNA is determined as weak; if F lays within the range more or much more than 1 with F_IIA much more than F_IIB, HNA is considered as strong unbalanced.

EFFECT: method extends the range of products for determination of common types of higher nervous activity.
