FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely joint working out and ligament and muscle stimulation apparatuses. The apparatus comprises a base with two platforms, a hinge to join the platforms in joined ends, body part holders in the platform, a turn angle limiter, an electrically driven and damped joining and spreading device which joins two adjacent platforms, an elastic coupling with heating elements, a turn angle indicator of the adjacent platforms, electrodes for electromyostimulation, force measuring transducers of muscular reaction on electric stimulation, electric vibromassagers, a control panel connected to an electric current source. The elastic coupling is dismountable or fastened on the platforms. The force measuring transducers of muscular reaction on electric stimulation are fixed on the holders or platforms. The electric vibromassagers are fixed on the elastic coupling or platforms. The control panel can be connected to or disconnected from the computer. The joining and spreading device comprises an electromagnetic coil, a core to be placed in the coil, arms fixed on the platforms. The electromagnetic coil and the core are pivotally mounted on the arms, and the core can be pulled in or pushed out when supplying polarity dependent voltage to the electromagnetic coil. The electromagnetic coil is connected to the electric drive. The electric drive, heating elements, electrodes for electromyostimulation, force measuring transducers of muscular reaction on electric stimulation and electric vibromassagers are electrically connected to the control panel. The turn angle limiter represents a scaled ring, a guide pin, and stoppers. The ring is fixed on one of the platforms, and the guide pin on the other. The stoppers are movable and fixed on a ring. The guide pin represents a case with a through groove having opposite lateral faces on arches with the radiuses equal to internal and external radius of the ring.
EFFECT: application of the invention allows improving joint working out, ligament and muscle stimulation combined with physiotherapeutic effect such as electrostimulation and/or heating and/or vibromassage.
