FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to mechanotherapeutic apparatuses used in treatment and prevention of spinal disorders. Said apparatus comprises a frame, a support, a pelvic belt and an axis traction junction. The support is mounted on the frame and comprises the first section applied for the upperparts and the second section applied for the underpinning. Both sections specified have body fixation elements. The first section has removable axillary supports; the latter are arranged on the first section at the adjustable space. The apparatus is also provided with a power unit of the first section vibrations. Said sections are jointed with a uniaxial joint-hinge at the interface. The frame is made of the first and second interconnected frameworks for the first and second sections respectively. The first section is mounted on the first frame by means of coaxial joint-hinges. On the second frame, there are rollers axially fixed. The second section is provided with longitudinal guides for the rollers of the second section. The axis traction junction comprises pull rods, central and lateral rollers for the pull rods and an adjustable power drive for the scaled pull rods. The pull rods are attached to the pelvic belt; the lateral rollers for the pull rods are mounted from both sides of the second section, while the central roller on the free end of the second section. The adjustable power drive for the pull rods provided with a dynamometer is mounted on the second frame. The power unit of the first section vibrations is equipped by an electric motor with a transmission and a control panel, articulated driving lever and link. The driving lever is fixed on an output shaft of the transmission, while the link is mounted in adjustable longitudinal position on the first section to control the vibration amplitude of the first section. Said motor is arranged on the first frame in adjustable and fixed vertical position in relation to the first section.
EFFECT: possibility of spinal extension, and also development of bending and extension motions in lumbar spine in a passive mode with adjusted active effort from the apparatus both independently, and together with spinal extension.
