FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for normalizing facial and body tissues having a fibrous structure. For this purpose, the proposed method involves dosed exposure to tissues by mechanical vibration using a vibrator. Vibration vector of the vibrator is directed perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the tissue fibres and simultaneously along, parallel to the skeletal backbone. Vibration frequency is 8–30 Hz, oscillation amplitude is 5–20 mm, duration of exposure is 5–20 minutes. Vibratory action is performed on tissues in their relaxed state.
EFFECT: method provides eliminating zones of chronic stress, trigger zones, normalizing facial and body tissues by breaking tissue fibres exposed to mechanical vibration, eliminating cohesion of tissue fibre membranes with longitudinal fibrous structure to achieve liberation of fibres of these tissues.
