FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and cosmetology, and represents a method for preparing a herbal water-soluble polysaccharide agent for skin defect elimination and wound repair involving mixing and constant stirring water and water-soluble cellulose derivative and at least one water-soluble polysaccharide containing anion groups and forming polyanions in the solution, sterilising the prepared mixture, differing by the fact that the prepared mixture is heated to temperature 90°C-115°C and then cooled to temperature max. 12°C with a heating-cooling cycle repeated at least twice.
EFFECT: invention enables preparing a transparent gel that is ensured by improving its smoothness, and also increasing its resistance to delamination.
