SUBSTANCE: invention concerns applied biotechnology, particularly the method for preparing betulin nanosuspension and/or its derivatives. The method for preparing betulin nanosuspension and/or its derivatives by combination of betulin solution and/or its derivatives in an organic solvent with edible oil or an aqueous solution of surface-active substance in an actuator of a colloid mill in intensive stirring and homogenisation within circulation under the certain conditions, with following vacuum-assisted removal of the remained solvent.
EFFECT: method allows producing stable betulin nanosuspension and/or its derivatives with the improved permeability through capillary walls and cell membranes and greater expressiveness of biological effect in comparison with common analogues.
