FIELD: chemistry; pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing nanoliposomal form of betulin, having hepatoprotective activity and consisting of three components: sunflower lecithin, betulin and lanolin. According to the disclosed method, all three said components are successively dissolved in hot dioxane, mixing the mixture until formation of a transparent homogeneous solution with subsequent precipitation with cold distilled water to a stable emulsion of liposomes, which after precipitation is filtered, washed and dried until constant weight.
EFFECT: invention provides preparing the liposomal substance betulin with expressed hepatoprotective activity, as well as reducing the effective dose of the drug and reducing the negative effects.
