FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and device for supplying a predetermined amount of beverage to the thermoplastic container formed from a heated workpiecelocated in the press mould. The method comprises the step when prior to stopping the stretching rod, at least some of the beverage is started to inject in the cavity of the workpiece to facilitate its expansion inside the press mould which determines the shape of the container. Then, the longitudinal displacement of the stretching rod is carried out for a predetermined time period, providing a longitudinal stretching the heated workpiece. At that at the end of this predetermined period of time the stretching rod becomes stationary. The volume of the beverage located in the cavity exceeds a predetermined proportion of the predetermined volume, preferably equal to 50%. The device for implementing the method according to the invention comprises means for injecting a predetermined amount of beverage prior to stop the stretching rod, the means for longitudinal displacement of the stretching rod for a predetermined period of time and for longitudinal stretching the heated workpiece.

EFFECT: technical result achieved by use of the method and the device according to the inventions consists in extending the service life of the containers during transportation, placement and consumption, as well as speeding up the process of industrial production.
