SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of production and filling, preferably with a liquid product, of containers made of thermoplastic material. In the method the beverage is fed to a container formed from the preform, located in a press mould having an opening opposite to the injection head. At that the method comprises the preliminary treatment of the preform by sterilising fluid medium fed by the first circuit, and injecting into the cavity of the preform of at least some amount of beverage fed by the second circuit to assist enlargement of the preform inside the press mould, and the circuits are connected to the injection head. The device for implementing the method comprises a press mould with an opening located opposite the injection head, and also comprises means for preliminary treatment of the preform by sterilising fluid medium supplied by the first circuit connected to the injection head, and means of injecting into the cavity of the preform of at least some amount of beverage fed by the second circuit connected to the injection head.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides improved performance and the degree of sterilisation at lower cost.
