FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispensing preset amount of drink components into moulded plastic container. Proposed method comprises injection of some quantity of the drink into preform cavity to facilitate its expansion inside the mould that defines the container shape. Volume V2 of injected drink exceeds preset volume V1. Besides, it comprises extra step of sucking off of a portion of drink volume V2 unless left drink volume equals preset volume V1. Device for feeding preset volume of drink into thermoplastic container including the mould for moulding cylindrical preform, device to inject some amount V2 of drink into preform cavity to facilitate its expansion inside the mould and means to suck off a portion of drink volume V2 unless left drink volume equals preset volume V1.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of filling and sealing.
