SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of formula (I) , where A, B represent C; D is selected from N; X is selected from -CR_aR_b-, -O-; Y is selected from O; Z₁ and Z₂ are independently selected from hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl having 1-8 atoms, R₁-R₄ are independently selected from hydrogen or halogen; R₅-R₁₆ independently represent hydrogen; where R_a and R_b independently represent hydrogen; n equals 1-3; m equals 0 or 1, k equals 2; or to pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates of the said compounds. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on the said compounds which inhibits butyrylcholin esterase (BuChE).

EFFECT: obtaining novel compounds and a pharmaceutical composition based on the said compounds, which can be used for treating or preventing cognitive disorders and/or neurodegenerative disorders.
