FIELD: construction, road engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to bridge engineering and may be used in method for erection of bridge, which consists in mounting of the first span, installation of special bridge construction equipment on it, erection of pile abutment with its help and further mounting of further span with support against erected pile abutment. The novelty is the fact that previously building berth is arranged, on which span is assembled, at the end of the first block of span technological round holes are arranged, diametre of which exceeds diametre of pile abutments casing pipes. Then in cross section of technological holes in upper and lower levels of span there are yokes arranged, afterwards span is moved forward into the first span until axes of technological holes match axis of the first support. Pipe stands are installed in technological holes, pressed by upper yokes and welded to each other, and then pipe stands are swaged down at the depth of 2-4 m (depending on type of soil), pipe stand is cut to design level and pressed with lower yoke, after that special equipment - drilling tool - is installed at the end of span cantilever, casing pipes are submerged into pipe stands, wells are drilled to design depth, reinforcement frame is lowered in them, and well together with pip stands is concreted, then pipe stand is released from yokes, span is shifted back, thus opening space over concreted pipe stands, cross links are mounted between pipe stands, besides upper spacer of links is at the same time the bearing beam of rolling devices for longitudinal launching of span, and concreted.
EFFECT: development of efficient method for bridge erection.
