FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: vibration device is related to the field of construction and may be used for submersion of, for instance pile frames in process of piled foundations erection. This objective is achieved by the fact that vibration device for submersion of pile frames comprises grip with through hole in the centre, arranged in the form of terminal, and two vibration excites with unbalance shafts installed on grip. Vibration exciters used are represented by motor-vibrators on supports. Kinematic link is not available between unbalance shafts of vibration excites, and required nature of oscillations is maintained due to occurrence of self-synchronisation event. Unbalance shafts are installed with the possibility of their crossing relative to each other. Exactly due to such installation compelling forces occur, which develop rotation torque that provides for rotary oscillations of submerged element, which, in its turn, results in increase of submersion speed. Vibration exciters used are represented by motor-vibrators on supports. Grip is arranged in the form of terminal made of sectors joined to each other hingedly, which facilitates mounting of vibration device onto reinforcement frame and provides for complete and even pressing.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase speed of pile frame element submersion.
