FIELD: oil-and-gas production.

SUBSTANCE: method includes pumping of water through injection well, withdrawal of oil through producing well, conversion watered producing well into injection, selection of producing well, the first responding for pumping by anticipatory cracking of pumped water, restriction of withdrawal in selected well up to total stop of well and at absence of reduction of watering conversion of well into forcing. Into conversed for injection production well it is implemented pumping of gas, which is implemented at stopped injection well, from which it is irrigated conversed under injection of gas producing well and working fund of adjacent producing well. Gas injection into selected producing well it is continued up to gas cracking into one of adjacent producing wells of working fund. After what conversed under injection of gas producer is stopped and resumed water pumping into stopped injection well.

EFFECT: increasing of oil recovery of deposit by means of inclusion into development of near-top part of high producing seam ensured by gravitational rearrangement of injected agents in stratum.
