FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for implementation as facility for control over flow in heat exchanger with U-shaped matrix. The throttle is installed on an inlet section of a heat exchanging pipe. The throttle interacts with a hold down grate which is joined with a tube plate by means of a detachable joint. The throttle also is equipped with a shank end and a cartridge, the bottom of the cartridge interacts with the hold down grate. The hold down grate is designed to travel along pipes. A cavity formed with the shank end and the cartridge is equipped with a spring, with its one end attached to the case of the throttle, while with another - to a perforated diaphragm washer rigidly joined with a needle rod installed coaxially to the inlet aperture of the throttle and entering it with a gap.
EFFECT: disclosed design of throttle ensures flow characteristic through apertures of matrix of heat exchanger on base of linear law in wide range of throughput capacity for fluid.
