FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: throttle includes a shank and a shell and is installed in inlet section of heat exchange tube so that it can interact with hold-down grid connected by means of detachable connection to tube sheet. Shell is made so that its bottom can interact with hold-down grid. Hold-down grid is installed so that it can be moved along tubes. The cavity formed with shank and shell is provided with a set of hydrophilic capillary porous heat-conducting grids rigidly attached to each other. Set of hydrophilic capillary porous grids is detachable.
EFFECT: uniform liquid flow and improving repairability and operating reliability.
