FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: well is formed, new pipeline is pulled into it. Well is formed by longitudinal cut of old pipeline with its further opening. It is most rational to cut the old pipeline in its lower part. Device is arranged in the form of striking unit and sharpened rib arranged at the angle to device axis, is equipped with support rib arranged opposite to sharpened rib. It is reasonable to install support rib at the angle close to zero to axis of device. Sharpened rib is arranged as thickening in direction towards tail part of device. It makes it possible to cut the old pipe in one place and to open it in the form of protective arc for the new pipe.
EFFECT: invention provides for the possibility of operation in unstable soils, reduced energy intensity and increased reliability of pipelines replacement.
