FIELD: pressure stabilizers, possible use for suppressing pressure oscillations and transitions of working substance in hydraulic systems.
SUBSTANCE: pressure stabilizer contains perforated central pipeline with connecting branch pipes, enveloped by cover with creation of expanding hollow, wherein damping elements are positioned in form of sectional resilient pipes, sections of which are jammed on ends and mounted serially along the central pipeline. Jammed ends of sections are fastened in rigid rings with a gap between ends of neighboring sections. In these gaps, resilient elements are positioned. Rigid rings are mounted on central pipeline and rigidly connected by brace rods. Resilient pipes have oval cross-section, end parts of their sections have cross-section in form of a circle, and hollows of resilient pipes are filled with resiliently damping material. Cover has two pre-chambers with connecting branch pipes, each one of which is made shut on one end, a part of each connecting branch pipe on the side of closed end is made perforated and is positioned in corresponding pre-chamber.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of functioning.
