FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: equipment which is subject to deactivation is left for one day connected to the process reactor cooling chain at power fault and scheduled shutdown of reactor, and washing of this equipment is performed during that day by means of circulation of the first-circuit heat carrier through the equipment at operating filters of regular special water treatment system of the first-circuit heat carrier. At that, heat carrier of the first circuit represents boric acid solution in concentrations corresponding to normal water-chemical mode of the first circuit.
EFFECT: use of invention allows performing deactivation by using only standard equipment of reactor plant together with reactor cooling operation.
