FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for producing multilayer high-temperature superconducting material. Invention consists in that method involves application of flexible metal textured substrate or on metal substrate coated with intermediate biaxially textured oxide layer, at least one epitaxial oxide buffer layer from precursor, obtained from oxide sol-selected element hydroxide or insoluble salts selected element in water solution of temperature-dependent polymer by heating at temperature exceeding temperature of phase transition temperature-dependent polymer, applying buffer layer, at least one epitaxial layer of superconducting material and its heat treatment, after application of epitaxial oxide buffer layer is treated in variable magnetic field with amplitude of intensity of not more than 0.10 T and frequency of 10-40 Hz for 100 s or more.

EFFECT: technical result: improving crystal structure and morphology of epitaxial buffer layer and, consequently, improving crystal structure of superconducting structure supported thereon, and resulting increase in superconducting critical current density.
