SUBSTANCE: method of decoding a current layer using interlayer prediction is proposed. The invention involves determination of whether the position of the current unit is included in the discrete reference layer, the current unit is included in the current layer, obtaining several prediction flags when the position of the current unit is included in the discrete reference layer and decoding the current layer using several prediction flags.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of coding and decoding a video signal.
