FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to food industry as well as to cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry. Primary composition capable of mixing is an aqueous suspension of at least essential lipophilic and hydrophilic bioactive components obtained from previously chopped whole fruit mixed with milk or liquid medium containing milk protein with exception of insoluble fibres. Composition is produced by mixing chopped fruit in milk or liquid medium containing milk protein, separating insoluble fibers in order to produce aqueous suspension. Composition is used for food product, food additive, cosmetic or pharmaceutical preparation for peroral use.
EFFECT: invention enables to produce composition with improved stability, dispersancy in water systems, bioavailability and mixing capability.
