SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to simple disposable absorbent products with air-penetrable lateral flaps. A device comprises a frame and an absorbent assembly. The frame comprises a central layer folded transversely inside at its both lateral edges to form opposite lateral flaps. Each lateral flap is attached to an internal surface of the frame near to its end edges. Each lateral flap has a longitudinal passing elastic element of the assembly attached to the lateral flap within a proximal edge of the lateral flap. The absorbent assembly has smaller width and length than the frame. The lateral edges and end edges of the absorbent assembly can be arranged in the proximal direction from the matched lateral and end edges of the frame. The absorbent assembly contains an absorbent body which can contain superabsorbing particles included in internal pockets. The frame can be extensible. The absorbent assembly can be attached in a crosswise configuration to the frame to enable the parts of the frame to be stretched transversely.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows holding body fluids and preventing dirtying of the user's body and linen, as well as furnishing and the other objects whereto the user contacts.
