SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of structural formula I and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. In structural formula I , X is oxygen; Y is oxygen; Y₁ Y₂, R₇ and R₄ represent H; X₁ and X₂ are independently selected from a group consisting of hydrogen, an alkyl group containing 1 to 5 carbon atoms, in which one or more hydrogen atoms of the alkyl group can be substituted with a halogen, aryl group containing 6 to 10 carbon atoms or a cycloalkyl group containing 3 to 9 carbon atoms, or a 5-9-member heterocyclic group with 2 heteroatoms selected from N and O, or a cycloalkyl group containing 5 to 9 carbon atoms; values of the rest of the radicals are given in the formula of invention. The invention also pertains to a pharmaceutical composition having properties of selective inhibitors of type IV phosphodiesterase, containing a therapeutically effective amount of the invented compound.
