SUBSTANCE: invention refers to gas-thermal sputtering of polymeric coatings to metal and ceramic items and constructions. Powder material contains the following components, wt %: filler Al2O3 10-30, nano-disperse powder of high-melting compound 5, ultra-high molecular polyethylene is the rest. Filler Al2O3 has the particle size of 40-50 mcm. Nano-disperse powder of ultra-high molecular polyethylene has viscosity-average molecular weight n·106 g/mol, where n is equal to 2 and more. Powder of high-melting compound is nano-disperse powder ZrO2, SiO2 or SiC with particle size of 50-300 nm and is modifying agent.

EFFECT: obtaining wear-resistant coatings having corrosion and chemical resistance.
