FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of production of high-strength, wear-resistant and extrudable polymer nanocomposites based on ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene for tribo-nodes, including those operating under extreme conditions of the Far North. Proposed are a hierarchically reinforced heteromodule extrudable solid lubricant nanocomposite based on UHMWPE and a method for its production. Hierarchically reinforced heteromodule extrudable solid lubricating nanocomposite based on UHMWPE includes, wt.%: carbon fibers of a nanometer dimension 0.3–0.5, millimeter carbon fibers 2–5, high-density ethylene copolymer HDPE-g-SMA 5–10, UHMWPE – the rest. Said method for obtaining the proposed nanocomposite includes mixing the starting components and obtaining a sample of the nanocomposite by hot pressing at a pressure of 10±0.5 MPa, a temperature of 200±5 °C with a speed of subsequent cooling 3–4 °C/min.
EFFECT: technical result of the present invention is to obtain a nanocomposite with high strength and tribological properties and satisfactory fluidity for additive technologies for producing products.
