FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to shutoff accessories and is designed for devices measuring yield of oil well at bypassing working medium from vessel to vessel. The magnet controlled valve consists of a metal case with a threaded cover, base and partition, of a spring loaded shutoff element with a rod, of a seat in form of a branch with a sealing collar on the end, of a magnet material-made washer on the rod, of constant magnets, of two -upper and lower- magnet conductors and of a throttling disk. The latter is installed in a flow section of the branch of the seat and is rigidly tied with the shutoff element. The constant magnets are made in form of disks. The magnets are arranged in the washer secured on the rod in circular borings on upper and lower borings of the washer close to each other along circumferences of circular grooves. The upper magnet conductor can axially travel on the cover of the case, is fixed with a stop ring and is equipped with a spring. The washer with constant magnets is equipped with a regulated padding out of non-magnetic corrosion resistant material. According to the second version of the magnet controlled valve lower plane of the upper magnet conductor has a circular boring.

EFFECT: object of group of inventions is design of valve long and reliably operating in wide range of control over working agent pressure drop in it.
