FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to shutoff valves, and can be used in oil well gauging means for bypass of fluid from one vessel to another. The bypass valve consists of a body, a spring-loaded shut-off device with a stem, a spring, a seat, a washer from magnetic material on the stem, two annular permanent magnets, two magnetic cores, a throttle in form of a metal throttling disc, an elastomeric cup and sleeve bushing from nonmagnetic material between the magnetic cores. The top core is made in form of threaded bushing screwed into the body and a threaded plug in it. In bore of the top core there is a removable top annular magnet installed. A bottom annular permanent magnet is installed in a washer counterbore under it. The valve also includes the third additional annular permanent magnet installed in counterbore of the bottom magnetic core under the washer. Coupling of a stem and the bottom core has a bearing bush installed. In the body there is a damper installed, which coupling with the stem has a bearing bush. A shutoff device is constricted from the top and the bottom by retaining metal washers. The variants of valve design are described.
EFFECT: invention group allows increasing valve life, expanding the fluid differential pressure control range of it, preventing electrochemical corrosion of valve parts and minimising wear of friction parts and cup.
