FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: application: to control quality of assembly and reliability of assembled unit. The invention concept is as follows: consists in the fact that resonant mechanical oscillations are excited by ultrasonic radiator in specified frequency range, including the main harmonics, resonant peaks are identified in specified frequency range, compared to reference values, at the same time reference value is additionally accepted as specified standardised resistance of electric circuit, excitation of resonant mechanical oscillations is carried out in process of assembled unit manufacturing, in process of control of electric resistance of assembled unit circuit, at the same time radiator of ultrasonic mechanical oscillations is arranged on control element of assembled unit, and control is carried out by one resonant peak, quality of assembled unit assembly and availability of defects are identified by value of variance between frequencies of resonant peak and reference ones, and by comparison of assembled unit electric circuit resistance to the reference one, reliability of assembled unit operation in process of its utilisation is detected by variance of resonant peak frequencies and reference value with absence of assembled unit electric circuit resistance control.
EFFECT: improved quality of assembled unit assembly and provision of assembled unit reliability assessment in process of operation.
