METHOD FOR DETERMINING DEFECTIVE OBJECT Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G01N29/04

Abstract RU 2748291 C1

FIELD: defectiveness of the object.

SUBSTANCE: invention is used to determine the defectiveness of the object. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that mechanical vibrations are excited in the controlled object, their parameters are determined, the obtained parameters are compared with the limiting values, by the excess of which the presence of a defect is judged. During the entire exposure time, the control frequency of the vibrations excited in the object, the speed and direction of its change are determined, and the presence of a defect is judged by comparing the control frequency, as well as the rate of its change with the corresponding upper and lower permissible limits of the defect state of objects of the corresponding type, determined in advance by modeling the influence of common defects and / or by static analysis of data from previous tests of samples of objects of the corresponding type.

EFFECT: increased accuracy and simplified determination of the defectiveness of an object.
