FIELD: measurement technique.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for measuring liquid flow rate in channel at liquid inlet into simulator of fuel cartridge for nuclear power plant active zone by pressure drop in two points of liquid stream. The sensor contains installed on ribs 2 inside channel (at tail 3) perforated droplet-shaped reservoir into which probe 5 is inserted. This probe consists of two tubes - outer tube 6 and inner tube 7 by type "tube in tube" - with holes 10 and 11. Tube 6 of measuring probe rests on seat 9 of perforated cup 8 installed coaxially to perforated reservoir.
EFFECT: invention improves measurement accuracy of flow through active zone of "ВВЭР-1000" nuclear reactor and provides evenness of consumption distribution at inlet to cartridge of nuclear fuel assemblies.
