FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, particularly to method for cultivation of grasses. Method includes belt sowing of at least two various types of grass seeds, for instance clover and ladyfinger, into mechanically damaged turf with creation of serially alternating sections of belts. In order to extend the term of sown grass production usage, it is necessary to sow seeds of grasses with higher potential crop capacity and small term of production longevity, for instance clover, on sections of belts with smaller length (l1), and seeds of grasses with lower potential crop capacity and long-term production usage, for instance ladyfinger - on sections of larger length belts (l2), i.e. l1<l2. In order to preserve mass of dry substance yield in process of the whole term of sown grass production usage at one and the same level, length of belt section l1 is selected so that grass seeds with lower potential crop capacity in their development would not be oppressed by grass with higher potential crop capacity.
EFFECT: new method of grasses cultivation is proposed.
