SUBSTANCE: method includes cleaning filler of any dirt and coating the filler with chocolate or sugar. The filler is represented by unripe tomatoes preliminarily seasoned in sugar syrup during 2-3 days at a temperature of 15-25°C and slightly dried for the moisture content to be 5-9%.
EFFECT: invention enables production of nutritious candies containing organic acids, potassium and sodium salts, vitamin C, carotene.
