SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, in particular, to production of confectionary. Candy filling includes the following, in weight %: glucose syrup 20-25; pumpkin pulp that has been treated with steam at temperature of 90-120°C and riced 20-25; carrot that has been treated with steam at temperature of 90-120°C and riced 25-40; pear pulp chips that have been subjected to thermal treatment at temperature of 150-180°C and dried to moisture content of 20-25% - 20-25. Candy filling imitates taste of mango pulp, has orange-yellow colour, is characterised by low cost.

EFFECT: preparation of cheap candy filling with mango pulp taste.
