FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for production of a fodder product of fish raw material and may be used in fish and farm industry for alimentation of fish, farm animals and birds. The method involves the fish raw material milling, heating, fermentolysis and additional component introduction. The fish raw material fermentolysis is performed simultaneously with ultrasonic exposure at 22-50 HZ frequency and generator power equal to 0.17-3 kW during 5-30 minutes. Produced fermentolysate is heated at a temperature of 80-85°C during 3-7 minutes and centrifugated with separation of the solid phase. Then one introduces an additional component and an antioxidant at a ratio of 1.00:0.50:0.03-1.00:1.50:0.08 respectively and delivers the mixture for extrusion. The additional component is represented by vegetable origin wastes, the enzyme is represented by proteolytic enzymes produced by Bacillus kind bacteria in the form of a water solution at water duty equal to 1:0.5 - 1:1.5 respectively. The fish raw material has fat content equal up to 18%.

EFFECT: invention implementation ensures extension of the ready product storage life, manufacture of a product with high digestibility degree as well as enhancement of the ready product feeding value.
