FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is aimed at creating and applying a system for direct transport of medical agents into cancer cells. Essence of invention consists in the fact that nanoparticles (avadin-modified nanoparticles based on protein, preferably on gelatin and/or seralbumin, most preferably on human seralbumin) contain biotynilated antibodies associated with nanoparticles due to formation of a stable avidin-byotin complex. These nanoparticles additionally contain an active medical agent associated with the nanoparticles by covalent binding or complex formation by means of avidin-biotin system or due to permeation or absorption; while the specific antibodies contribute to cell-specific bonding to the targets cells, and to cell absorption of nanoparticles into such targeted cells.
EFFECT: application of the declared invention enables targeted accumulation by means of receptors-mediated endocytosis if the nanoparticles with the medical agent in the cells.
