SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of pharmacology and represents filled with active substance nanoparticles based on hydrophilic protein or combination of hydrophilic proteins for transfer of said active substance through hematoencephalic barrier, which is different because hydrophilic protein or, at least, one of hydrophilic proteins is selected from group, which includes serum albumens, gelatin A, gelatin B and casein, and said nanoparticles contain, at least, one functional thiolated protein, selected from thiolated apolipoproteins, which by means of polyethyleneglycol-α-maleimide-ω-N-hydroxysuccinimide esters is connected with hydrophilic protein or hydrophilic proteins, with maleimide groups of polyethyleneglycol-α-maleimide-ω-N-hydroxysuccinimide esters forming thioester bond with said thiolated apolipoprotein(s).
EFFECT: invention ensures transfer of medicinal substances through hematoencephalic barrier.
